Where is Copper Leaf Event Center Located?
We are located at 1200 Miramonte Street, Broomfield, Colorado in a quiet residential area surrounded by beautiful mature trees and expansive grounds.
Why use Copper Leaf Gardens and Event Center?
We are an all-inclusive venue in Broomfield, Colorado, approximately 20 minutes from Denver. We provide a fantastic facility with expansive grounds, a beautiful spacious gazebo, a large indoor convention/wedding area, a custom, roomy copper-accented bar area, 2 fireplaces (one of them stone-hearth, decorative, see-through) and luxurious brides’ and grooms’ dressing rooms. No need to contract with a rental company for linens, tableware, tables, chairs, gourmet food and alcohol. We provide all of that right here. What are your hours?
Copper Leaf Gardens and Event Center is open from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm Monday through Friday. Other days and times are available by appointment.
What are the available setup and tear down times before and after my event?
Total venue time is 8 hours with 6 hours of event time. So if an event is from 5 pm to 11 pm, the client has access to venue at 4 pm. If we do not have any events planned, the client can come even earlier or a day before. The client will need to contact Copper Leaf for approval. If you are a scheduling a corporate event or other social event at the Copper Leaf venue, the total time you rent the venue for will include time for setup and tear down.

How many guests can Copper Leaf accommodate?
If you are planning an event with a sit-down dinner, Copper Leaf Gardens and Event Center has room for up to 225 people indoors. If you do not require a sit down event, we can accommodate up to 350 people (theater style) indoors. We have plenty of space outdoors so if you want to have an event and want to seat people outside as well, our combined indoor and outdoor seating capacity is 800.

What sort of parking does Copper Leaf Gardens and Event Center have?
There are 110 paved parking spots onsite and plenty of free street parking immediately outside the venue. We have parking arrangements nearby for groups bigger than 300. There is room for clients to pull up and unload or load their vehicles in front of the wheelchair accessible front entrance, but those vehicles must be moved immediately after.
Can we rent just one room or do we have to rent the entire facility?
When you sign a rental agreement with us, you have access to the entire Copper Leaf Gardens and Event Center, excluding use of the kitchen. That includes use of our huge main floor conference/wedding area, the bar area, downstairs lounge, groom and bride rooms, and bathroom facilities. There is a wheelchair-accessible bathroom located on the main floor.
Do you have a Bride’s Room?
Copper Leaf offers a large, private room for our brides, with mirrors, plenty of space to hang dresses and clothing, vanity lights to apply makeup, have your hair done, and just relax and have fun while preparing for your big day. There is a large bathroom area just outside the Bride’s Room for your convenience.
Do you have a Groom’s Room?
Copper Leaf has a great space for the groom and his groomsmen to relax, get ready, and wait for the big event to start. Enjoy our foosball, Nintendo Wii, Netflix, DVD Player, and comfortable couches and chairs. We’ve placed a full length mirror in your room to make sure everything looks just perfect before you go out.
How early do I need to contact you prior to my event?
Many of our clients, especially brides and grooms, begin planning for their big event as much as a year ahead of time, especially if you want a date during peak season or on a Friday or Saturday. For special events and corporate events, please contact us as soon as you know you will be holding your event, so we can make sure Copper Leaf Gardens and Event Center will be available.
Can we use the kitchen or have our caterer use the kitchen?
The Copper Leaf venue requires that clients use our in-house caterer, The Gourmet Kitchen Catering, for all catering at our venue. The caterers are the only ones allowed to use our kitchens.
Must we use the Copper Leaf venue caterer?
We do allow outside caterers but on a selective basis. Even if they do, our staff must setup and manage food.
What sort of menu/food does The Gourmet Kitchen Catering offer?

Can we bring our own Alcohol?
Copper Leaf maintains its own liquor license. All alcohol must be purchased directly from Copper Leaf Gardens and Event Center. A menu of choices and instructions for ordering and serving alcohol will be provided. Alcohol service must end 30 minutes prior to the end of your event. We have an extensive alcohol policy as regulated by the State Of Colorado. When you sign an agreement with us, you will be given that policy.
Does Copper Leaf Gardens and Event Center provide Wedding Planning?
Our Saffron Package includes wedding consultancy for up to 12 hours before your event. You are always able to contract with the wedding planners we work with or hire your own.
What A/V equipment is included in the two packages showing it?
Sound System (1000 Watt QSC Speakers, Mixer, QSC Subwoofer), Wired Mike, Projector Screen.
Can I bring my own DJ?
If you bought a wedding package that did not include a DJ, you are welcome to bring your own DJ.
Does Copper Leaf allow Pets?
Pets are not allowed at Copper Leaf Gardens and Event Center, unless they are service animals.
What happens if it Rains?
Copper Leaf Gardens and Event Center will move your ceremony inside, and then reorganize for your dinner while you are having your pictures taken. We will discuss a contingency plan during the walk through. There may be additional costs involved.
What is Copper Leaf’s Cancellation Policy?
We do allow for cancellations, with restrictions. Please refer to your contract for details.
